The guest can view all the products available on request in 4 stores at once, by sending a request to a social network or website. At the same time, a system of joint sales, an online department, and online stores was created, which allowed for additional motivation rather than competition.
The total number of sales from the online department exceeded the monthly sales figures in stores (shopping malls). This led to the creation of sales plans for the online department with a minimum threshold of 2 million rubles per month. In the months of seasonal sales, this figure increased to 5 million rubles in 1 month.
